Mike Kelley's Kandors
Hauser and Wirth, Los Angeles

Using source material from the Superman comic book series, Adler alongside three other model makers was asked to create 3D models that interpret 2D drawings of Mike Kelley's futuristic city of Kandor. In the span of 6 months, a pedestal of futuristic skyscrapers accumulated and nested among each other.
