The exhibition, consisting of large scale photographs by Shahrooz Mahmoodi, a short film by Rana Ghiassi, and sculptures and narrative by myself, is an exploratory visual narration through a female’s perspective that uses classical imagery and references of the female form (previously depicted by men) as a vehicle for celebrating just a few of the many positions a woman might hold beyond those that we know.
